Try our Beef Ribs


  • x1 Pack beef ribs
  • x1 cup Red wine
  • x1 cup Beef stock
  • x3 Large sprigs rosemary


  1. Turn oven on to 180 degrees
  2. Thoroughly pat dry the ribs with paper towel
  3. In a large baking dish, add wine, stock and rosemary.
  4. Salt and pepper the ribs
  5.  Place ribs in baking dish, turning a couple of times to coat
  6. Cover tightly with aluminium foil and cook for 2 hours or until tender
  7. Serve
