Make it yourself at home

Try our Fattoush Salad


  • x1 Pomegranate, seeds only
  • x1 Red onion, finely chopped
  • x1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced in half lengthways, cut into half rounds
  • x1 Punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • x3 Spring onions, chopped into 1/2 cm pieces
  • x3 Radishes, sliced thinly
  • Salad dressing of your choice
  • 1 tsp Sumac
  • x1 Large handful fried, stale bread
  • x1 Bunch parsley, leaves only
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Mix all salad ingredients together and set aside for 30 minutes
  2. Serve
